Being members of boys team charity has brought our family closer together and I enjoy seeing our sons grow through the experiences that btc provides. I am excited to remain a part of the Inc. Board and honored to serve as Inc. President, having prepared for the position as President Elect and VP Communications, as well as President, VP Communications, and Parliamentarian of the Walnut Creek League. I look forward to communicating, collaborating, and celebrating alongside so many passionate coaches at the League and Inc. levels. Working together to set a strong foundation for our leagues and our greater organization, we will continue to see btc grow and make a difference in more communities nationwide. My husband and I are raising four lifelong-philanthropists (three Teammates and a Ticktocker) in the East Bay Area and will be members of btc until 2028!

Bridgit Pelley

btc, Inc. President Elect

I was born, raised, and continue to live in the San Francisco Bay Area, with my husband Mike, who is a retired fire captain. I work full-time in the tech industry and enjoy gardening, reading, cooking, and volunteering in my free time. Our daughter, who recently graduated from Colorado State University, is preparing to apply for nursing school and our son will be attending Cuesta College with plans to transfer to Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. I was the cofounder of the Alamo-Danville League and have served as their President and VP Teammates. I’m excited to continue my relationship with btc and join the Inc. board as VP Philanthropy, as supporting philanthropies is my passion.

I live in Danville, California with my husband Dave and twins Charlie and Emily who graduated from Monte Vista High School and are heading to SDSU and Purdue this Fall. I am a small business owner and active community volunteer. I have been a board member of the Alamo – Danville League for the past three years and look forward to continuing my btc involvement at the national level.

btc, Inc. VP Communications

I’m a native Californian, having lived most of my life in Northern California. I have been married to my husband, Craig, for the better part of 20 years. We have two kids, Aiden (15) and Harper (11), both involved in basketball and volleyball. I am currently serving as the VP Communications for btc, El Dorado Hills League and have been enjoying watching our league grow. Having worked in tech my whole career, I am currently a global leader of renewals for a Bay Area customer experience software company. In addition to serving my community, I enjoy being outside, hiking, paddle boarding, running, and spending time with my family.

btc, Inc. VP Expansion

For the past eight years I've lived in Santa Barbara, California with my four kids, including our two sons, graduating senior Caden and 7th grader Brandon. Before that we lived in Granite Bay, California, where I learned about btc from the successful league there. It’s been incredibly gratifying to be a Founding President and member of the Santa Barbara League because it was truly a team effort to bring the league here. I’ve had the opportunity to learn from (the best!) outgoing Inc. VP Expansion, Sandy Lamb in the past year and am excited about helping other families bring btc to their communities. My favorite part of the job is witnessing how the btc experience enriches members’ families and communities. In my former life I worked in various executive positions in software and technology marketing and also led a non-profit organization focused on early literacy and kindergarten readiness. I have a BA from Occidental College, MBA from UCLA, and Masters in Public Affairs from UC Berkeley. I look forward to helping other families bring boys team charity to their communities and can’t wait to witness how the btc experience will enrich the new members’ families and communities.

Jenn Bailey

btc, Inc. Parliamentarian

I am Jenn Bailey, Parliamentarian for Inc. My youngest son, Shane, who was in btc for 5 years, just graduated and is heading off to college and the military, so now I have more time to help others. I feel so lucky to be in this role, helping the board and all of btc achieve its goals! I previously served btc in the El Dorado Hills League for four years as the VP of Communications and League Parliamentarian. I was a Parliamentarian back in college for my sorority, so I have a little bit of background from that experience. For my day job, I am an attorney and have a marketing business for law firms and medical practices. I am excited to be on the Inc. board and see what the year holds for us!

btc, Inc. VP Teammates

My family and I are thriving in Chandler, Arizona after packing up and moving here from the Midwest in 2016 and have loved every minute of that big decision. Our boys are now 18 and 15, one son graduating and headed to Arizona State University and the other will be starting his junior year in high school in the fall of 2024. I’m a director of internal communications at Charles Schwab and my husband leads patient safety programs in the Honor Health hospital system. I served as VP Communications, President Elect, and President for our local btc San Tan League board and I’m thrilled to join the Inc. board as VP Teammates this year. We joined btc San Tan when it was first founded in 2019 and fought through a very unusual first couple years for a philanthropic organization! In addition to volunteering with my family, I enjoy running, reading, hiking, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.

btc, Inc. Member at Large

Born and raised, I am still living in Los Gatos, CA with my husband. My son and I are founding board members of the btc Los Gatos League. He graduated from the University of Washington and now works as a tax accountant for non-profit organizations. My daughters are NCL Sustainers and continue to volunteer for their sororities at Chapman and Cal Poly. I serve at the pleasure of the NCL Board advising on program content and member satisfaction. I am excited to continue to work with btc, Inc. Board as I have previously served in multiple roles over the years. I am looking forward to assisting our league boards with training and support this year. When not volunteering, I run AP Financial Services where I help businesses and entrepreneurs set, maintain, and evaluate their accounting operations. In my free time, I am passionate about travel, vegan cooking, and exercise of all kinds including run marathons with my daughter.
